Cancelation Policy
With a limited number of bookings, communication is key. Please be considerate of our time and be mindful that each booking not canceled prevents potential classes from taking place.
All class cancelations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to class for a full refund. First-time cancelations less than 48 hours prior can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Individuals who have had a prior cancelation less than 48 hours, and do not cancel 48 hours prior to class a second time, are not subject to a refund and will be charge full price upon reschedule.
The Instructor will wait 15 minutes for students to arrive to class. No addition time will be added to classes for students who arrive late. Students who do not show after 15 minutes will pay the full amount for the class and may reschedule another class at full price. No refunds are given for late arrivals.
We understand that COVID has changed our world and sometimes sudden illness and sickness may prevent someone from attending class or being able to cancel within 48 hours. Please contact Angela directly for any absence related to illness.
Members are responsible for booking their classes each month. Failure to book the allotted number of classes each month does not guarantee classes will be rolled over to the next month. Members can reschedule booked classes by logging into their membership account. Members who miss classes without any notification will not be provided a make-up class.
